Board Member

• Dr. Salah Youssef is currently the Group General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of CORPLEEASE. He is a Board member of Egyptian Leasing Federation “ELF” representing CORPLEASE-Egypt. He is a member of the Financial Regulatory Authority Advisory Committee for the Leasing and Factoring activities since 2017 and; He is member of the Constitution Committee of the Egyptian Leasing Federation since 2019.

• Dr. Youssef has over 25 years of legal experience in litigation, consultations, and corporate with an extensive and diversified experience in banking and financial services in particular the leasing industry extending for over 12 years through one of the big and leader player in the financial leasing CORPLEASE.

• Dr. Youssef formerly, Ex. Counselor at Council of State. Then, worked as General Counsel in public /private sectors across multiple industries especially the heavy and cement industries. He was the legal advisor for multinational companies in Egypt and Middle East often involving cross border elements on business law with top tier law firms and international entities, including ExxonMobil, Lafarge Egypt, Citadel Capital ASEC Holding, ASEC Cement.
