• Board member of Small and Medium enterprise Investment Fund Company “Bedaya. A government and public owned fund to establish and manage SMEs
• Board and executive committee member at Upper Egypt Leasing company with a total assets exceeding EGP 500 Million and number of SME clients 1000.

Part time instructor at the American University in Cairo lecturing Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, and Law for CPA. Candidates, Corporate finance, Fixed Income, Equity and derivatives for CFA candidates. As well as, customized programs for bankers and investment bankers.

Lecturing the Credit Course at the Egyptian Banking Institute, an affiliated institute to the Central Bank of Egypt. And the Egyptian Bankers’ Association.
