The committee aims to look into any dispute between members of the federation, if one of the parties to the dispute presents it to it.

Dispute Settlement Committee

The Committee shall consider the complaint submitted to it in accordance with the following procedures:

The complaining member submits a complaint on the form prepared for this purpose. 

(Whether at the Head office of the Egyptian Leasing Federation or by e-mail of the Federation or through the website of the Federation) The complaint must take into account the following: –

  • The form should be written and signed by the applicant – or sent by e-mail to the chairman of the board of directors, the managing director, or the contact person registered in the Federation or the member company or the complainant.

     

    • To mention in the form the description of the complainant – his address in detail – and his contact details – the data of the defendant – his address – and his contact details – and the requests to be fulfilled from the complaint (taking into account that the phrases are clear in the statement of the subject presented)

    • To attach to the form the documents and evidence supporting its subject.

    • Receipt of payment or transfer of the complaint examination fee of three thousand Egyptian pounds to the bank account of the Federation.

  • The employee in charge receives the form or peruses the e-mail or website and refers the complaint and attachments to the committee secretary on the same day of receipt or on the first following working day if the complaint is sent on non-official working days.
