Membership Affairs Committee

The committee aims for the federation to include all companies working in the field of financial leasing in Egypt and to ensure that the federation’s services benefit all members in a way that achieves positive participation in the federation’s activities. The committee also organizes the procedures for federation membership and subscriptions.

Procedures to Join the Egyptian Leasing Federation:

  • Fill out the application form. for the form Click Here
  • A copy of the license to practice the activity for financial leasing issued by the Financial Regulatory Authority.

  • A recent extract from the commercial register (no more than three months old).

  • A statement of the names of the members of the board of directors and their jobs in the company on the company’s letterhead stamped with the company’s stamp and signed by the chairman of the board of directors or the managing director.

  •  A statement of the names of the occupants of senior management positions (if any) on the company’s letterhead, stamped with the company’s stamp and signed by the chairman of the board of directors or the managing director.

  • Receipt of payment of the joining fees + the annual subscription fees in the account of the Egyptian Leasing Federation.

Current Subscription Fees:

  • The Joining Fees is 40,000 pounds, to be paid once.
  • The Annual Subscription fees is 40,000 pounds, to be paid on 1 January of each year.

This is in accordance with the decision of the General Assembly Meeting of the Egyptian Leasing Federation held on May 31, 2020,

Which decided to set the joining fees at 40,000 pounds to be paid once upon joining the federation,

In addition to setting the annual subscription fees at 40,000 (only forty thousand Egyptian pounds annually to be paid in January from every year).
