In order for the Training and Development Committee to achieve its goal, this will be through the following points:
Cooperation with local and international training centers.
Holding conferences and seminars, whether at the local, regional or global level, in order to transfer/exchange experiences and learn about the latest international and global methods of work.
Studying the implementation of training programs under the supervision of the Egyptian Leasing Federation, using the expertise in the sector or using external expertise, with the approval of the certificates granted to these programs by the Financial Regulatory Authority – FRA.
Exchanging experiences between the training committee of the Egyptian Leasing Federation and the training departments of the companies (if any) with the aim of providing a high level of training that raises the efficiency of the employees of the companies.
Cooperating with various institutions such as Financial Regulatory Authority – FRA, the Egyptian Society of Accountants & Auditors – ESAA and the Egyptian Banking Institute – EBI to conduct extensive studies and research to develop the work environment for financial leasing activities.
Coordination with local and international organizations to find sponsors and supporters when holding various conferences.
Providing scientific and practical advice to the training process for the board of directors and/or members of the Federation in the topics assigned to the committee, whether it does so by itself or through the assistance of external organizations.
